Registration of an account by a person under 21 years of age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within a reasonable period, the parties may seek resolution through mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. gs555 does not guarantee specific outcomes in dispute resolution and all decisions are made based on the information available and in accordance with these Terms.
